With 30+ years leading in the insurance industry, I mastered high-pressure systems. From the parking lot outside doctor's offices when the diagnosis is too heavy to sit with alone. Delivering a life insurance check and holding the family while they grieve. I learned how to be strong so others can safely fall apart. And I spent years teaching other insurance agents to do the same. Now I'm going to teach you.
